In 1924, Harry S. Greenstein, a newly licensed Attorney, began to practice law in Chicago, Illinois. In 1954, Manuel Solotke earned his license to practice law, and shortly afterwards Greenstein and Solotke, attorneys at law, began. From the beginning, the firm's attorneys have concentrated in three areas: Life and Estate Planning and Settlement, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Collections.
Eighty nine years later, the firm continues the focus on these same areas: Life and Estate Planning and Settlement, and Real Estate Law, and Commercial Collections. While attorneys and personnel have changed over the course of three generations, the mission remains the same: We will provide you, the client, with the highest levels of professional skill and individual attention.

Services
Often times landlords will treat their renters with disrespect, thinking that you'll just take it because you can't do anything about it. WRONG! All renters in Illinois have a basic set of rights. If you live in Chicago or Evanston you have a powerful set of rights we will use to insure fair dealings between you and your landlord.
Every collection matter placed with Greenstein and Solotke is handled entirely by its attorneys. Greenstein and Solotke is not a collection agency and does not employ robo-calls or non-attorney collectors. Instead, an attorney contacts the debtor to afford an opportunity to resolve the matter, and unless resolved, a law suit is promptly filed.
