I don't know if it's incompetence, laziness, or just outright corporate malfeasance, but Texas Star Painting managed to screw up every aspect of a very small and straight-forward project. Out of four contractor companies on my property working on completely different projects (siding, gutters, fascia boards, plumbing), they were the only ones who delivered less than satisfactory work, caused damages, left construction waste behind for several days, had a broken down truck, and then even tried to ask for more money than what they originally quoted, despite leaving the job UNFINISHED. We recently had Texas Star Painting re-stain our front door and several rooms in our house. We were extremely happy with their work. From the start, they were both attentive and very easy to deal with. Our estimator/manager Casey had a full crew complete the work all in one day; they were clean, quiet, and thorough.
