Terrible Experience! This property management stole 1100 dollars from me. I was helping out my girlfriend with money orders, and they told her what to write on them. They stated they couldn't be cashed because it was filled out incorrectly. So being who I was I went and got new money orders so she could move in her apartment. They made me go through western union to get my money back then finding out they were paid clean. They stated they were deposited into a Wells Fargo but in fact they were deposited into a chase bank which they used at the time. I went back and forth through the

I have leased a place for 2 years through this prop. mgmt. company and generally you only hear about the bad experience. Well let me say that from the walk-through with Sydney to anytime there was a maintenance request and Brian would address the request in less than 24hrs.to working with Shelley and Gina to purchase a property through them the entire experience has been fantastic. They all make you feel like they know exactly who you are, they take the time to listen to your needs and find solutions. I would recommend this company 100%.

It isn't often I want to rave about a company, but after five years as a tenant (now the soon to be homeowner!) of a townhouse managed by Revest LLC, I want others to know there is a company that genuinely cares about their clients/tenants. The staff were knowledgeable, patient and respectful. The quality of their work was amazing. I remained in the house during the entire renovation - The crew ensured that the space was safe during and after each day.
The project manager was always available to answer any questions and made suggestions and guided me throughout the entire project. It is obvious this team loves what they do - they were so easy to work with. the final project exceeded my expectation. I was hoping for a nice updated space - what I got was a Wow!! Amazing.

This company has truly been a Godsend for my family and I. We have been franticly seeking a home to purchase with no luck. Our lease is nearing it's end and Revest LLC has mentioned it is looking to sell our unit. I recently purchased a property in Palm Beach County, for which Revest acted as agent for the Seller. After my purchase was completed I discovered that the house needed some repairs. Revest did an excellent job resolving the issue on behalf of the vendor/seller.

If you enjoy your rent increasing on you every term, only to have them short your security deposit upon at the end, then rent via Community Partners. Poor communication, a completely inept office, and an inability to keep competent maintenance managers in place are only a few of the issues we incurred with our long term rental.
