Atmosphere offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for both children and adults. We have our Koala Kids class for ages 4 yrs -7 yrs. Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu classes for adolescents 8 yrs-15 yrs, and adult program 15 years and up! We teach both gi and no gi, self -defense, and tournament styles as well. The Only Jiu-Jitsu class developed strictly for tots!
