We have used AMS for both our cars and have been so thankful. They were able to fit us in both times quickly and did an excellent job. We couldn't even till where the dents had been before. Not only that but they are well priced on their quotes and helpful. We even called in about us buying a hail damaged car and they told us not to. They even looked up the car and priced it out just to make sure we didn't get ourselves into a mess. We are so thankful for AMS and wish they had a location where we just moved to.

RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ACTUAL AUTO WORK. This was the third shop I visited (to get a feel for who I felt comfortable leaving my car with to get fixed) and when I stepped into the office, it was dusty, and very unorganized (would not have felt comfortable leaving my insurance paperwork here). After a five minute wait, I was greeted by a man who I presumed to be the owner, and without looking at my paperwork or my car, he gave me a rushed estimate of when I could bring my car in, which was about January. Not sure if I went on a bad day, but I wasn't fond of the customer service or the

Extremely pleased with AMS! Last week we had some work done on our brand new Subaru Forester. We had a couple small scratches on the rear bumper. I very concerned because it's brand new and didn't think it would ever look the same. We had gone to two other places in town for estimates and each place told us it would be a big job and it was possible it would not blend 100% unless we had the entire bumper redone. Even then, though, the whole bumper may be a slightly different shade. We decided to go with AMS because Al seemed very confident it would look fine. I was shocked!! You cannot even tell

Outstanding customer service by Al. Fantastic workmanship - looks totally showroom new for the door ding and rims that were damaged from hitting one of Colorado Springs finest potholes! I received my estimate from Al before my insurance carrier. It was spot on. Finished in the exact quoted time frame.
