Setting up the order was easy. The staff was friendly. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is because the waiting area is filthy. I was a bit worried I was going to get sick. If they cleaned it twice a year I'd be surprised. But the quality of the trophy we received was top notch. So, they deliver a good product. You just may want to literally have them deliver.
