I had a clogged sink on a weekend and waited to a weekday since it wasn't a big deal to wait. I also didn't want to pay the after hours fee. Sunday I started to call. I called Southwest. Not only were they booked out 2 weeks, the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked her a question about "so your kitchen sink guy is 2 weeks booked out but your toilet guy isn't?" I had a leaky toilet, a clogged sink and a shower head that I obviously couldn't figure out. They were very honest about the toilet being old and put in w/ the place originally 20 years ago, so they could try and fix it for cheaper, but more than likely would be calling them out again for it, or gave me a great quote on a better toilet, they fixed my sink w/in a half hour and put my showers head on correctly w/out me knowing, so I didn't feel like an idiot!! I highly recommend these gentlemen, very kind and courteous. Show up on time and aren't outrageously expensive.

Made an appointment for some "non-emergency" work on outside hose bibs and a problematic shut-off valve. They arrived right on time, replaced the shutoff valve and repaired two hose bibs in 45 minutes. They were very nice people, too. Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

We are so grateful for Steve and Mill Creek Plumbing!!!! We didn't know what was going on but we knew something was wrong and we needed to call a plumber. We were a little worried because my husband and I are both in the 'high risk' group for covid, but Steve could not have been nicer. As I'm writing this we are having a pandemic with a lot of businesses closed due to the stay at home order from the governor. Thank goodness plumbing is an "essential service"! Mill Creek Plumbing is also Covid-19 compliant!
I discovered a very leaky highly defective Quest brand plastic water valve under the kitchen sink late in the day. Steve and Mill Creek Plumbing came highly recommended (word of mouth) from our previous development. Steve was able to have Jon come out the next morning. They are very reasonably priced. We are so happy with the service provided by Mill Creek Plumbing.
Our water heater was leaking, when we got up this morning. I called Mill Creek Plumbing this morning around 9, Steve came out around 11, gave us a competitive quote. His team arrived several hours later, installed a new water heater and we had hot water by 4:30!

Mill Creek Plumbing: I needed to have all the exposed copper piping in the crawl space replaced, something done to get hot water to the faucets quicker (wasting too much water waiting), and one outside hose bib replaced. The owner of Mill Creek Plumbing—Steve—is one of those professionals you almost immediately get a good feeling about. These folks are awesome! I've used a couple different plumbers in the past but Mill Creek Plumbing always impresses me where others don't. I've used Mill Creek plumbing twice (once to replace a PRV and once to replace a run of copper water line under the house) and each time they were courteous, able to schedule an appointment with me quickly, and their bid was very reasonable. I'm no plumber, but I rest assured that their work was done well. If I need plumbing work done again in the future, Mill Creek Plumbing will be my first call.

Professional and service installation is top notch (thanks Frank and John). Minor details counts and I watched them installed the unit thoroughly. Yes, centering the strap counts. I'm impressed. I needed a failed pressure reduction valve replaced. Steve came in with the best bid and scheduled my appointment for the next day. His crew was running late because of another job so Steve came and did the work himself. Everything needed was in his truck, no upsell, proficient and courteous.
