Purchased new brakes and rotors on 2018 sienna 3 months ago and Within the 3 months my van was already experiencing issues with the van vibrating when braking and back brakes started to make high pitched noises. Came in today to get them looked at and fixed. It’s unbelievable that I’m Still getting charged for brake replacement when it’s suppose to… be under warranty, they are not willing to replace rotors, only willing to shave them down. Brakes and rotors are not to be having these type of issues so quickly after getting them replaced. Tires are only 4 months old and

No concerns or acknowledgement of wrong doing in having to replace a part broken by them ordered from agency did cover cost of damaged part but what was supposed to be fixed on a timely manner is still exceeding time frames bring more overall stress on us as a whole family missing work and covering extra costs on gas transportation etc noone taking… innatiativre to correct all labor needed trying to overwhelm their own staff not able to handle the work needed and done appropriate management supposedly not available noone taking any proper to take correct action to resolve issue still pending

Took my truck inn for a alignment,turns out it needed lower ball joints. I decided to install them there as they asure they have “ASE Certified “ technicians. Well the ball joints were installed wrong. The zerk fittings where facing inwards making it impossible to service them... the sad thing about it I didn’t notice early enough..its been a while now after the work was done ... highly not recommend to have work like done there there supposed to be knowledgeable yet they charge an arm and a leg for bad work

I recommend pueblo Tires for I had a HORRIBLEEE experience with a bad job at 1 of their locations and they came thru, I will admit it took a bad Review to get there but they listen. A week after my issue they… got my car back in a tow truck and fix it for me at the McAllen location. Thank you for coming back and doing things right. God will pay you! they also assign me a driver to help me with my kids and the errands I had to run. Today am picking up the car and they will pick me up from home. Am beyond happy to get my car back with the proper breaks!!!! because feeling safe is the most

NEVER AGAIN😡 Took my dad to get tires a couple of months back and they highly recommended that we sign up for their easypay. They salesman was very persistent and kept bugging us about it, so we went with it. Now we're having to pay twice as much for the tires and it's automatically taken out of my dad's bank account. Plus the interest rate is 188.97%!!!!!!

I agree with the other reviewer. I think they ripped me off, but I wanted my tires balanced fast before I went on a long road trip.
It was early in the morning, and they had a coffee machine in the side room with no coffee, and garbage around that area. TV in waiting room, and a round table to sit at.
They rotated and balanced my tires for $50. I asked that the tires all be filled to 35 psi.
I noticed after getting home that the tires all looked flat, and they were at 30 psi. So I still need to go back and have them top off my tires. Low tires can probably do damage just as much as overinflated

Very pleased with the service. All the people I dealt with were very friendly. I had brakes done and took less than expected. Cost was less than expected too! Nice lobby with TV, vending machines and wifi. I used to go to a national chain first but this is my new repair shop. It's also within walking distance of several yummy restaurants and shopping opportunities.

i am guessing since there are 2 pueblo tires in weslaco that they are the same owner. Anyhow, Pueblo tried to charge my mother-in-law almost $1100 for 2 tires and an alignment on a minivan. The tires were $125 a piece mind you...because he 'thought' she was a Winter Texan. Her son had to get involved to get her money back. If you have money to burn then go ahead, but the people at this place are a bunch of douches who will try and take advantage of you if they think there is an opportunity.
