Dr. Angie healed my sciatica entirely. I went from having 10+ sciatic episodes a day to none in months. I was to the point where I was sure nothing would make the pain stop and after seeing her 1-2 times a week for 2 months I am completely cured. Have not had an episode in 4 months now. She was so calm and patient, her bedside manner instantly put me at ease. The office is so calming as well. I tell everyone to go see Dr. Angie!

Dr. Angie Hynes is in my opinion, one of the best acupuncturists in Sarasota. She is attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate with her level of care for her clients needs.
I initially came to Dr. Angie for my son's diagnosis of Crohn's disease. She made time in her busy day to to do a blood test for food sensitivities. This was quick and painless, especially since my son was very worried about taking a blood test. When I was able to see her for an initial appointment she was so knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the NAET procedure not only with myself but my son as well. Even with one

I recently moved from Boston to Sarasota and was looking for a new acupuncturist. Someone shared how wonderful their experience with Dr. Angie was and I knew I'd find my new home there! The physical space of the office is BEAUTIFUL. It feels like a relaxing retreat. Dr. Angie is THE BEST! She has provided me with so much healing and better understanding about why I'm feeling pain/discomfort in certain areas. I feel such relief after I've had an appointment with her. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and different practices to support it. I would recommend her a million times

Ou really can't get any better than this! I had this type of treatment as a child myself when nothing else would work, my parents were skeptical but desperate and worked wonders! I'm now bringing my children and can already see a difference in them too! Aside from the treatments, Dr. Hynes herself is fantastic... sometimes you can like your results but not your doctor, and in this case we ALL love BOTH! :).... that being said, I have 2 autistic children and she's amazing with them, and she does so much to work together with you, for even the most difficult of little patients, to ensure they are

Beware!! Big time communication issues. I called specifically to book a session for acupuncture and massage. I was told via phone it would be $150. All set.
I show up.
Fill out new patient intake form, talk about what I was feeling.
Dr. Angie then explains all these different modalities but says she'll start me off with regular traditional acupuncture. I ask if I should disrobe, thinking I was getting massage with acupuncture. She says no.
I'm confused but go with it. I get needles on my feet, hands and head. None on my neck and shoulders which was where I said I felt the most pain.

I came to SRQ acupuncture (Dr. Hynes) in July. I was recently diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia in January. I went to a chiropractor and I went to a Neurologist. I was given pain medication. I had an MRI and then another four months later. All they could tell me is it was trigeminal neuralgia and there’s nothing that can be done except take the pain medication. The pain got worse. After a trip to Colorado in June I was in so much pain I decided to try Acupuncture. After looking online for an acupuncturist in Sarasota I came across Dr. Hynes and called her. I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Hines. With her skill she knows how to perform a quick test to figure out the cause of my ailments & how to treat them.
