Through a series of misadventures, my insurance lapsed and my agent was able to recognize what had happened, notify me which happened to be the day after Christmas, and get a hold of someone at the insurance agency after great effort (everyone local was taking the day off?). He was able to track down someone in another area who was able to authorize reinstating me. He worked really hard and went above and beyond the normal insurance agent.

Alex from Coleman Insurance Agency has been such a huge help during a tough time in my life. My homeowners insurance was cancelled and I needed to get new insurance right away. Stacy was a true blessing from God. She treats her people like an owner of a company would, yet she isn't the owner. My other company was stopping my coverage due to needing a new roof. We had a permit pulled and a start date but they dropped us. We called several places to see about insurance but Stacy kept us at ease with a new policy . May I also add this was a cheaper rate than the company before we had that was dropping us. So yes I and my wife are very happy with this company.
