This SAMHSA certified urine drug test is evidential and supportable enough to be used in a court of law.
EMPLOYERS -You will have access to an online portal so you receive the results of the DOT exam immediately after the exam including the employee's signed medical card. This portal feature is no charge and makes tracking easy and paper free. You receive a laminated DOT medical card for your CDL to keep with you at all times while you are driving and also a copy of the DOT physical form.
