Van-Go Painting & Decorating LLC, formerly D&B Enterprises was established in 1983 in Lakeland, Florida by myself, Bill Chamberlain and my partner, Dan Sheehan. At that time, we specialized in residential painting in the Polk County, Florida market. In 1992, we moved to Anna Maria Island and changed our name to Van-Go Painting & Decorating, serving Manatee County, Florida and the surrounding areas.
At this time, we expanded our services to include commercial painting, restoration, and pressure washing. Dan passed away in 2005 after a battle with cancer, and today I'm proud to carry on Van-Go Painting, Inc. as a U.S. Navy veteran and small business owner. My tradition has always been to exceed the customer's expectations and I have nearly 2600 of them in my 28 years in business.

Today we want to remind you that you CAN paint laminate, metal, plastic, vinyl and metal siding! Your simple steps to having a very successful end product: Clean the surface well. Gentle soap and water with a sponge or clean rag are often the only tools you need. Old Village Paints can usually cover a clean wall with one to two coats.
We do not mark-up prices for paint. When supplied by us, all paint used is of the best quality and durability, and is chosen specifically for these traits. While we will use paint supplied by you, keep in mind that the quality of the overall project may be degraded due to sub-standard material. We specialize in rental property, and can meet your stringent time constraints and make-ready your property quickly for a fast turn-around.

Bill and his team did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house. Bill's team showed up on time each day and Bill let me know exactly what would be done each day and how long it would take - there were no surprises. His team was courteous and cleaned up each day after they left - like it never happened. I couldn't be happier with the results and the professionalism of this company, highly recommend.

We contracted Van-Go painting by calling the number on Bill's van. From the very first conversation to the very last day of the project Bill and his crew were extremely helpful. Professionalism they exhibited deserve more then a five star rating. They painted the interior and exterior of our house in a timely mater and the quality is superb.
