I have been going to NSP for 4 years now and they have never let me down. The staff is friendly and very professional. Mary is always polite and very friendly. I love that they deliver, especially in these times and I've just always been satisfied with their service. Thanks NSP and Merry Christmas to all of you

I think Mary...one of the techs needs to retire. She was so rude initially when answering the call and then when delivering my meds to me in the car. I asked for directions for the meds and she acted as though I was putting her out by the request. She is a crotchety old lady. I will be telling my prescriber how I was treated.

I started with them since they opened and they were wonderful and the entire staff has changed over the last 2 years which should have raised red flags. They deliver to everyone but me and the receptionist told me in person that “for some reason Stuart won’t deliver to you”. I have tried follow their constantly changing policies in which you the consumer are not informed. I have requested the franchise owners name and business office address for I believe the owner would want to know how the customers are truly treated and Stuart continually refuse to give the information...I am glad I saved
