Harper did our mother's funeral in Dec and the stone and grave were never done correctly. Now the grave is caving in. Harper is blaming Sterling monument and Sterling says it's because of ice this winter. Neither company is taking responsibility. We paid Harper an $1100 fee to open and close the grave. This was just a part of the overall expense. It was never done correctly. We continue to be met with indifference. Meanwhile our Mom's grave is caving in. We are going to hire someone to haul dirt to fill in the hole. So disappointed in this company and their unwillingness to take ownership.
