I've been ordering signs from these guys for a couple years now and they never fail in getting me what I need, particularly with specialty print needs.
They helped me print on glass doors and although it seemed daunting at first, Kurt pulled it off and our lobby looks amazing for it. He really went above and beyond to make sure the final product was perfect. :)

We reached out to American signs on two occasions. The first time, I spoke with Mark over the phone and he asked us to send photos of the project. After sending the photos and following up several times with no response, we decided to put this project on hold.
Later in the year, we reached out again for the same project. We received the same unresponsiveness we did the first time, however decided to keep trying due to the fact that there weren't a lot of options available in our area. Mark and the team at American Signs are now my go-to place for commercial signage. I received very personalized and thoughtful service from Mark and will be going back there in the future. I needed a sign for my business. Mark walked me through many different options and guided me towards a product and design that look outstanding and didn't break the bank. First off, if you are reading this review just know that this is the best priced sign manufacturer in the greater Los Angeles area. I know, I spent a week calling all the sign manufacturers.
Secondly, Mark with American Signs has a great sense of creativity and is extremely patient and listens to what we wanted and executed the sign flawlessly. Often times its hard to get on the phone and talk with someone that actually manages the projects, but Mark was always there to pick up the phone and make last minute changes.

After leaving a voicemail, I got a call back within 2 hours. While we were on the phone, I could tell that Mark was clearly very busy, but he still took the time to find out what my needs were and whether or not he could fulfill the job.

I was working with a strict budget and after getting quoted ridiculous prices from other companies, I wasn't sure if American Signs was going to be able to meet my budget.

These guys really know what they're doing. Mark handled our project, and he was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything was perfect and the sign was finished at the time we wanted. He even called us multiple times to talk about details that he was worried about that we might have overlooked and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. I am a highly satisfied customer of American Signs. They made both my interior and exterior sign for my business. The made our sign out of a brushed aluminum cut by a CNC machine. The signs came out perfect. They even came out to our location to install the sign. Mark was extremely helpful assisting me in selecting the material and size. There turnaround time is also extremely fast.

Wow I am so impressed by these guys! ask for kurt. He will fix, change, modify till its exactly perfect! they are super friendly and reply back instantly! i needed two signs to attach to my store front door going back to back with each other! Mark & crew at American Signs were fantastic to work with. I was trying to get a sign made quickly for a new business, and every other company I called was quoting me several days to get one made. Mark had me email him the art immediately and they got everything done that day, for an extremely fair price. I will definitely come back with other business!
