Mary presented to our office with lower back pain with pain and numbness in the leg. She had severe pain, could not sleep well, and had muscle spasm with limited ranges of motion. She could not work at all. We treated her on our ' State of the Art', Spinal Decompression tables which helps to decompress the protruding disc along with the physiotherapy modalities of of electrical stimulation, muscle relaxation massage, and rehabilitative exercises.
An epidural steroid injection (ESI) is a minimally invasive procedure that can help relieve neck, arm, back, and leg pain caused by inflamed spinal nerves due to spinal stenosis or disc herniation. Medicines are delivered to the epidural space, which is a fat-filled area between the bone and the protective sac of the spinal nerves.

Dr Ben and the staff at Coram Selden Chiropractic are amazing! I was against going to see a chiro for my chronic neck/back pain (car accident) when the doctor suggested it. Dr Ben is truly incredible and has helped me so much. Not only do you get adjusted, but they offer massage therapy, stim and acupuncture! Great place and I highly recommend!

Great experience from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. The front desk staff, therapy with Birdie, and all of the doctors here have always been so friendly and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. I’ve known and trusted Dr. Ben for years. Sometimes it’s hard to trust doctors opinions and diagnosis but the doctors here are knowledgeable, honest, and really look out for their patients.

I've been a patient of the facility since I believe September 2020. First off you meet Carlos at the front, can't say enough about him, always on point. Next is Jen, always smiling very attentive and she listens to you with no judgement. I say this cause we've talked more than hi and bye. Now I mention them cause this is whom I interact with on my visits and as they say presentation, presentation. Now the doctors. Dr. Schilling young but he knows what he is doing, and Dr. Spinelle great guy knowledgeable in his practice and has given me great advise during my treatments. Bottom line they have helped

Wow, I can't believe I'm the first to write a review for Dr. Ben and Dr. Spinelle! Two years ago I was injured at work. The next day I was in so much pain I was terrified that I wasn't ever going to feel better, or would need surgery or become dependent on pain killers. A colleague had used Dr. Ben previously so I called and made an appointment...it's been 2 years, I've taken exactly ONE pain pill and I do not require surgery!
