Mike and Gina were great. I called for an estimate on a front end (deer damage) and received a quote 1 or 2 days later. I called WAB 1 week later and asked them to repair the truck while I was on vacation in FL - no problem Mike said. WAB / Acuity interaction was a breeze since WAB is a platinum/certified - whatever highly trusted vendor designation Acuity utilizes. Color matched perfectly, sensors worked like new, not a single complaint. Trust in a family run business that has been around forever (jk Mike). Thanks guys! Dean

I contacted Westway Auto Body after my husband ran into the back of my car, while backing out of the driveway. I went to Westway because it had good reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! The work done is flawless. And, not only did they fix the back bumper, but to my pleasant surprise, they fixed two small scratches on the driver's door. This fix makes me smile every time I open my door. Westway is awesome!

Unfortunately, I had to visit Westway for two different incidents. I did my research and found they have a good reputation and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, honest and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. As I told Mike after the second visit, I hope I do not have to visit them again. But if I so, I will be back. Why would I go anywhere else!

Found this place and glad I choose it over the other shops I quoted. Mike was great to work with and did an excellent job on my trucks body repair. They straightened out a crushed body sill and painted everything up again. Looks brand new and didnt have to pay the premium to replace the whole side of the truck as other shops suggested(sill is 1 piece with the unibody side). While the truck was there also got door dings pulled and at this point I can't say I could be any happier. Highly recommend going here, and if I need future body work I definitely will.

Wish I could give ten stars. My son's car was damaged by the shipper during a cross country move with deep scratches to the front, the underside and the roof. Being new to town we asked around and were told the only person we should go to is Mike at Westway Auto Body. Mike very quickly gave us professional, honest advice regarding the damage and how he could fix it. When we picked up the car it was perfect again, and at a very reasonable price. Don't go anywhere else!

My car was the victim of a hit and run. I first went to a body shop on my insurance company's list. Not impressed in the least. A friend referred me to Westway. I could not have had a better experience. In addition to the outstanding repair they did on my car, Mike and Gina were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the work was completed in a timely manner. They even made all the arrangements for the rental car provided through my insurance.

I would give Mike, Gina and Ken at Westway Auto Body 10 stars if I could. When I found myself in an unfortunate fender bender situation, I was nervous, upset and really didn't know what to do. I figured I should start by getting a quote to see what it would take to repair my car. Mike and his team did it again! Had some work done on another vehicle a couple of years ago, so I did not hesitate a moment when I had to make a call for repairs on my Civic (repair and refinish rocker panel).
I received the same personal attention and care from Mike and Gina as I remembered from my previous visit. Mike provided a written estimate outlining all of the costs and gave me a realistic timeline and he stuck to both of these. He even arranged a rental car for me saving me some hassle. The team did a terrific job making my car look as good as new.

Recently, I had my 2013 Ford Edge repaired at Westway Auto Body, because a friend of mine highly recommended this auto body shop. With my insurance company being very difficult to work with, I decided to give Westway Auto Body a chance. Working with the owner Mike directly made the process very smooth. They went above and beyond what we had expected. Our side door was keyed and they took care of everything, and made it reasonably priced, and our car looks wonderful.
This is a genuinely friendly place that made us feel taken care of and made sure to let us know if we had any problems we could come back to them.
They were kind, personable, and eager to please, without seeming to be eager to get our money. If we ever need body work again this is our first choice without question!

Thanks so much to Mike and his crew! I needed my front bumper replaced. Instead of it taking 4 days like most places, he had it ordered and painted the very next day. The guys attached the bumper and cleaned and shined my car in less than 1 hour. I was so happy the way it looked, like brand new.
He also was very reasonable with what he quoted me for the job. The efficiency, the work and the price were all fantastic. If I ever need body work done again, he will be the first person I call.
I will recommend Mike and his crew to anyone I know.

Their customer service is terrible, I called to ask a few simple questions and what did I get, nothing but attitude!! If you hate your job work somewhere else, i feel that if im going to be paying hundreds of dollars the least you can do is be courteous on the phone!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I own a 2003 Honda Civic. It's getting up there in miles, but still has a lot of life in it. One day, the sub-frame severed and it was no longer safe to drive. This is a wicked-high repair bill, which was confirmed when I did some calling around. Since this did not happen in an accident, it would be all out of pocket. I considered getting a new car, but just didn't want to get into a car payment.

Mike and the team at Westway perform some of the best body work you could imagine! I have seen them take a car from a complete mess to looking brand new.
When they say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover - this is definitely the case here. When you first walk in to Westway, you would think the quality of work would be less than some of the more polished places around town. But let me tell you, just because his building isn't as big or shiny as some of the other places - you can be sure you will get your vehicle back, and in a condition you can be proud to say where you got your work
