This mortgage company is the worst company I have ever used. I have purchased 7 homes. They lied to me regarding terms of my mortgage and what I was supposed to get. For me Kyle is not trustworthy. Can’t speak for others. The bank(Iberia Bank) is now trying not to honor the terms either. Again the worst group of people I have come across in 30 years of buying homes across 5 different states. I will share this as much as I can so other people don’t get the bait and switch all to find out at the closing the terms won’t be honored.

Best mortgage team I've worked with in San Antonio, I shopped around and ran my credit on over 6 different lenders, no-one could beat their rates and their closing costs associated with their loans. I compared apples to apples, and NHMI would always beat the competition. This is my second time working for them, and there is a reason for it, you can't beat this team. I just want to personally say Thank you to Steve & Melissa! They were so great to work with! Stewart from New Horizon Mortgage made the mortgage process incredibly easy! He is such a professional and I could not recommend him and his company more! We began the process in 2/2018 and while it took nearly 10 months for our home to be completed he was patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way. When you are undertaking a major… milestone such as a mortgage you want a lender or broker who is on your side and available-Stewart was that and more. He was very responsive to questions within hours and never took more than 24 hours to respond. Overall, I would recommend this mortgage
