Our facility will work directly with all insurance companies to help complete the repairs needed to meet manufacture specifications. It is your responsibility to choose a collision repair shop, not your insurance company's. Some insurance company's may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired.

I've been here before and received the same excellent service. No job too small I think. they worked with the insurance company to match their estimate of repairs so I didn't pay a penny. Did a beautiful repair on body without needing to replace the panel. Sent me home with the cleanest car inside and out, top to bottom that I haven't had since the last time I had work done there.

I used USA Collision several years ago to repair a damaged bumper and was very happy with the result. Recently I brushed the side of my car against a gate, leaving a scrape and a few deeper scratches. I thought of USA Collision and gave them a call. David said to bring it over and they'd take a look. When I arrived, David immediately took my car back to the service area and within ten minutes brought it back. There was nothing left of the damage except a very slight dent! I was so happy with the result, and even better, no charge! I will take all of my vehicles that need repair to USA Collision

Called and spoke to Seth about an estimate for a vehicle that was deemed to be a total loss by my insurance company at another collision center. I wanted to get another opinion concerning my situation. Seth was great to work with explained what options I had based on the level of damage to my truck. My experience with USA Collision was great. I received a quick, fair and professional estimate of the repair to my car. I really appreciated the work was scheduled so I would have to be without my car for the shortest

I am so happy to write this review. Recently had my car repaired after an accident by USA Collision and it was such a positive experience. I worked with Hovik and he could not have been any more professional, understanding, compassionate and calming. I had some unique circumstances and he was extremely patient with me. The work on my car was exceptional and it looks amazing. I would completely recommend them to everyone! Bria the office manager is equally wonderful. I remember walking out of their office and truly trying to remember the last time I've experienced such great customer service!!!

A special shout-out goes to Hovik, for being a deeply professional and highly supportive human being, during the time of my vehicle repair when it was unexpectedly damaged by another car while parked and I was not in the car at the time. Needless to say, this whole experience would have jarred and upset anyone, but Hovik directly and USA Collision hands-on made this time much more comfortable, smooth and calm. Professional, focused on doing the best job for their customer, willing to stand up for what's right regardless of insurance assessment. I was impressed with Hovik and his team immediately when they took my car in and immediately countered the insurance assessment with a much more comprehensive adjustment that even challenged their use of after market parts in spots where there was little price difference between AMP and OEM.

Great shop to work with! Took my truck in with sand storm damage and USA collision had me in and out in 15 minutes. We went over the damages in detail and they did the rest. They took care of everything w the insurance. All I had to do was pay the deductible when I picked up the truck. My truck looks brand new! They did not skip any steps and made sure things were replaced and repaired properly. They had the insurance out multiple times to add more to the estimate and documented everything to make sure the insurance would paid. Definitely recommend this shop. Friendly staff and great work.

They were rude and arrogant and did not stand by their work. Their explanation for their work not holding up (as a result of installing a faulty replacement part or not installing an acceptable part correctly) was that my car had been hit in the exact same place again, but this time without me being in the car. Yes, somehow a portion of the damage that was originally caused by my car being rear-ended when at a complete stop by another car traveling at 35-40 mph occurred in a crowded parking lot without my car being pushed into another car or even noticeably disturbed. Jerks. Total jerks.

What an amazing shop! When we had an accident In our brand new Expedition I was extremely worried! I figured the car would never be the same again. Boy I was wrong!!! I contacted several auto body shops in the Phoenix area. USA collision (AKA usaclassiccustoms.com) was the only one that would deal with my little project. My little project involved putting a hole in a MINI Cooper Drivers side mirror cover. I wanted the precision placed/sized hole because I discovered that there was a projector light inside the mirror cover. The light comes on when you remotely unlock the car. Seth was the only person I contacted that actually researched where to put the hole in the chromed aftermarket covers that I had bought online.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hovik and experienced the finest service one could expect to refinish the surface of my 2014 BMW 650i front bumper. More than just a flawless job at matching the color of my bumper, the finish was perfect, nobody will ever tell I had work done on it. I plan to have a classic VW painted here when it is ready.

So I was in an accident a while back and I took my car to these guys, and I cannot express how much I was taken care of. Hovick kept in constant contact with me through out the repair, and a few things did go askew, but it was out of the shop's hands. Granted the repair was delayed, but the guys got the job done better than expected. I will definitely return and will recommend anyone to go to them. It's like nothing happened at all.

Long story short - our neighbor damaged my sons car. We asked them to find a repair shop and get quotes to fix. They came back with this place and after I looked at reviews and the quote I agreed on the place.
We were able to bring the car in right away. Once they saw the actual car and not the just the pictures my neighbor took they were amazed that the damage was worse than the pictures portrayed. I was referred by my the guy that does my tires. I called and spoke with the Owner Dave who told me to stop by for an estimate. I went there immediately and he greeted me upon entering. I was directed to Hovik who went out and looked at my car and within ten minutes handed me a very detailed estimate. I gave him the deposit and he is ordered my parts. The initial process was smooth and I while i was waiting I was comfortable. The business is a tiny building in a small lot, but Ithaca a roomy and front with professional photos of the Owner with his grandkids looking at old cars. Pretty cool! The

This is the place to go and don't think twice. I got into an accident that required over $10k of work to our family minivan. I came in here and they gave me peace of mind from the second i walked in. They knew who i was. They quickly set me up in a rental car. The next day the called me with a realistic timeline that they stuck to.
