George Malek founded Kings Pharmacy in 1996. The dream of opening a pharmacy began when George was a young student at St. John's University. The reality grew out of a commitment his family made to help others, when they saw patients like his father struggle with medical issues such as cancer. A family owned and operated business; George founded the organization with the sole purpose of providing quality, optimum healthcare to patients.

The Long Term Care Division of Kings Pharmacy serves the needs of a diverse population of patients in a variety of settings. The Specialty Pharmacy division of Kings Pharmacy has been designed to offer a high level of support for its patients. Special delivery services of medicines and ancillary supplies (needles, syringes, alcohol swabs). Specialty pharmacy is a unique, growing area of practice dedicated to the service of providing comprehensive care to patients with complicated disease states.

Employee in charge of delivery is very rude. I supposed to had my seizure medicine delivered yesterday but hadn’t received it until the next day, lied and said the driver came but no answer ( I can’t go anywhere without taking my meds), the said oh the driver said he forgot it in the car. Red flag??? Driver showed up to my door as if I didn’t deliver his medicine. You can’t just FORGET someone’s medication especially if they are depending on it to stay alive. My grandmother has been using this pharmacy for YEEARS so I know it isn’t a bad one but that particular employee and driver are

I work at another pharmacy and called to get a patient's insurance info. Whoever I spoke to was rude from the start and when I asked for more information he basically blew his top and accused me of not knowing how to do my job and said that I should have asked nicely. I said I did ask nicely until he gave me unnecessary attitude and then he went on a tangent about how I need to learn how to do my job. Bottom line is he unnecessarily turned a two minute conversation into a much longer one.

Pharmacy is well protected by a gate and an armed security guard. They always get my prescriptions right. They always have the special, hard to find medications that other pharmacies are always either out of all the time or do not carry at all. Had a couple partial refills or refill requests and when they said that they would have the rest of the prescription the very next day....they did indeed, as soon as the pharmacy opened. Would highly recommend especially if you are having trouble finding a pharmacy that carries your prescription. Very professional and knowledgeable.Inside could use a bit
