Services
It's my pleasure to help you get the best dental care for you and your family. I work in our front office, where I'll schedule your visits, review financials and work hard to find terms that work with your budget, and file insurance claims. I handle accounts receivable, too. I started working in the dental field in 1980 and joined the incredible doctors and team here in 2010.
Dentistry has been a wonderful profession for me. I love being a dentist! As a sophomore in high school, I broke a tooth on the weekend playing basketball. When I found a dentist that could help me on that Saturday, I decided that was the type of service I would like to provide, and so here I am. It is rewarding to educate and care for people in their desire to be healthy and help them achieve the smile they have always wanted.
I love helping each patient develop a beautiful smile and healthy mouth. I truly care about each as a person and love how, through orthodontics and comprehensive dentistry, I can improve their lives. I particularly enjoy working with patients who experience dental anxiety and helping them overcome their fears.
Dentistry is a rewarding profession, and practicing it in the town in which I grew up makes it even more so. I enjoy helping others in a way that they cannot themselves. I enjoy being able to help others achieve the health and smile they've always wanted, whether through preventive care or by alleviating pain.

The people there were very kind and treated me with a lot of respect. They explain things in a simple way and make sure I’m doing alright when they take care of my dental needs. They don’t try to use snake oil salesmen tactics on me to get extra money, especially since I’m a more recent customer. I’d definitely recommend the place to someone looking for a dentist office.

Can’t say enough great things about the Doctors and staff here! The professionalism at the front desk, the cleanliness of the working offices, the terrific bedside manner (especially for some of my bad habits) of the doctors and hygienists, and the overall care I receive when I visit them is out of this world. It’s a pleasure hearing and visiting them, which is usually not the case with dental offices. Thank you Meridian for being there for me and my mouth!

Meridian Dental has amazing Hygienists,"I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned ". Dr Walker and Associates really care about my dental health. I feel absolutely comfortable as a patient. Got my wisdom teeth removed here a few years ago in my teens. Surgery went well, follow up went well. What didn’t go well was when I made an appointment to complain about a bit of pain I was experiencing. The doctor (a different one form my previous appointments) was immediately dismissive and told me there was a therapy/psychology place nearby. Thankfully I listened to my gut and got a different opinion and the medical care I needed.
Even if he felt like my pain wasn’t real there was no need to have been that rude. Women of color are often disbelieved when it comes to experiencing pain unfortunately

No matter where I move around The Sound, I always come to Meridian Dental Clinic for my dental hygiene needs. Their staff remembers me each time I walk in the door, asking about things I told them 6 months prior, as if we were all friends or family. They are incredibly thurough, kind, patient and understanding especially with my dental anxiety. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Friendly, helpful and immediate service I have ALWAYS had since the lucky day I first met Linda Edgar my first year teaching at Auburn High School(1987-88)when I was looking for a dentist…I have been with Edgar Dentistry and now Meridian Dentistry ever since. My entire family is seen at Meridian Dental Clinic, and it's nothing but excellence, every time! Most recently, the hygienist Gail did great with my 8 year old son (who wouldn't sit still). Very patient, kind and gentle. The doctors, hygienists and assistants are always great at explaining any recommended treatment and the front office girls make it very clear what our estimated portion is. Have, and will continue, to recommend family and friends here!

I love Meridian Dental Clinic! I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little kid (previous owners). I love coming here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it feels like one big family. This has always been the atmosphere and I’m so glad they maintained it even with new ownership. Gail is amazing and has the lightest touch. She is also fast and efficient and I love her stories. Jody and Andrea (may have spelled that wrong) are a joy to talk with at the front desk. They have such positive attitudes and I love laughing and catching up with them.
