Horrible customer service. I had a prescription sent there and told them I could not pick it up for 4 days. They said that was fine. When I went to pick it up, first they couldn’t find the name in their system, then they finally found it but said they never received the prescription from the doctor, even though I had called a few days before and was told they had it. Then they called another pharmacist at home and he said they didn’t have the prescription in stock and were not able to order it. They could have called to tell me and I would have gone elsewhere. I've been going to Mc Elveen's Pharmacy for 20years. It's like walking into the TV show Cheers where everyone knows your name. They say hi name, ask how you and your family are doing.
Your prescriptions are ready within 5-10 minutes after you come in. They're also ready fast when the Dr calls them in. The only time you have to wait for a medication is when they have to order it. Then you only have to wait till noon the next day .
