Filippin Engineering specializes in engineering design and the construction management and inspection of public works capital improvement projects.
Services
FE believes in identifying a construction management approach that is appropriate to the size and scale of the project, and the role of an agency's internal staff, so scoping services with the client is of utmost importance to obtain the highest value. We manage all projects using the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) system of document control and project administration, along with project specific funding requirements.
