We offer a concierge-style job search service that provides start-to-finish assistance in your employment pursuit. The service fee for this premier service is based on the salary provided in the job offer you accept. Since we identify added benefits and negotiate compensation packages superior to what our clients might receive on their own, our fee is often paid at no net expense to our clients.

Neda provided me with excellent guidance in negotiating my first ever contract out of fellowship. Communication was always great, she replies quickly and turn around time for multiple contract drafts was very fast yet she is thorough at the same time. I was so impressed with Neda. She was recommended by a colleague and I called her on a Friday afternoon anticipating that she would not be available and would call me back. Not only was she available, she answered her phone and took my call immediately!! She was on vacation, however, she took the time to look through all of my documents and make recommendations for moving forward. I was under a time constraint and she did everything in her power to make sure I was prepared. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my contract negotiation bearable.
