When purchasing a 20 yr old building, we knew there would be a few unknown issues. How fun working in your office trying not to get wet; something needed done! Having called roofing companies before, trying to repair leaks ourselves; we were hesitant yet called Silver Creek Commercial Roofing. What? You mean we do not have to spend 100k on a new roof, plus this comes with a 20 year warranty? From day 1 until the end of the job we were kept up to date on what was going on through Seth and his staff could not have been anymore professional.
