When I started selling modular homes in 1986, I was a complete novice. My Ph. D. training was in psychology, with a focus on child psychotherapy and the social development of infants. But we were in the middle of the 1980's real estate boom, and my wife and I decided to invest in building a new home for resale.
After researching the local real estate market I concluded two things: first, one reason the supply of new housing had not kept pace with demand was a shortage of skilled labor; second, the shortage was causing contractor wages to escalate, which was inflating prices beyond the means of many buyers.

I have seen some of the homes being sold by The Home Store and can say I am proud to be a partner with them. The efforts in detail by The Home Store that go into the sale, design, manufacturing and completion are unmatched in this industry. Patrick and Dave are very professional sales people with the knowledge you need to design the true Custom Modular Home.

The Home Store was very helpful. They detailed what I was getting and then itemized the prices. They gave me a detailed list of the tasks I’d need to do to complete the contracting work, something very few companies do. Also, they did a good job correcting a couple of warranty items. I’d definitely buy a home again from them.

Working with Andy at the home store we were able to build our house in January of 2015 completed August of 2015. As budget constraints left us with limited options on our build Andy and his team were always more then willing to work with us to make sure we were sayisfied. We did most of the work ourselves and they worked with us on our timeliness and made things happen. Excel homes had some issues with quality that came through on delivery Andy and the Home Store fixed everyone of our legitimate complaints without question. To even go as far as I didn't like the way our cathedral ceiling was supposed

I built a new, 5,000+ sq ft home outside of Boston in 2011 with the Home Store. Andy Gianino, the owner, and his team, were incredibly helpful every step along the way. Their designs and templates made the process straightforward, and I easily saved over $100k along the way. Andy was also very helpful after completion, with support and advice even to this day. If/when I build another house, it'll likely be with The Home Store.

The Home Store built my home in 2014 and its people worked tirelessly through the winter to get us into our new home within our timeframe. When I had issues come up a year later and small issues here and there, Andy Gianino and Patrick Falla made sure whatever I needed was completed timely. I am very, very happy with the service I received, and I received the quality I paid for. My house is solid and this company has great integrity.
