Front office staff ion whoever answers the phone primarily is rude to say the least. We had an appointment scheduled for our 1 week old, but due to unforeseen traffic we were late to the appointment. Unlike most doctor’s offices we weren’t given a 15 minute grace period and were told our appointment had to be canceled, because “they were so busy and backed up”. But, judging by the parking lot at the time of arrival, I highly doubt that, Who doesn’t try to at least work in a 1 week old baby to be seen? We called another local pediatrician (Dr. Hood) and we were worked in the same day.

My daughters began going to Dr. Jarwar when their previous pediatrician retired! I couldn’t be more happy with him! He’s kind, patient and really listens to your concerns or questions as a parent! My daughters love him as well! The front office staff, is very knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything, if you ask and in a timely matter! My sister recommended him to me, all my nephews are patients of his! I’m glad I came to him! The ladies upfront, also have lollipops for my girls… the look forward to check out!! Lol

I have been taking my children to Dr. Jawar for years, normally I do not care for male Dr.'s, but he was recommended by a friend of mine, who has been taking her children to him for years, and what's better recommendation than word of mouth. As a former healthcare worker, I appreciate Dr. Jawar being very professional, takes the time to listen to your concern (very rare in today's "healthcare field) he is very good with the children. His staff is excellent, very courteous, you get appointments in a reasonable time, the wait time to see Dr. Jawar is reasonable. Overall a wonderful pediatrics practice

The office staff are terrible. Dr. Jarwar is the nicest, most knowledgeable physician for children I had the pleasure to meet. But when I get hung up on by his staff and then told I have to wait two weeks for my sons medical records, as if I had been harassing them, I am glad I don't have to deal with them much longer. After 15 years of medical service, I'm treated like this. Renee was very rude. It's not fair to the doctor to have such poor staff hurting his business. The doctor deserves five stars, but his staff is horrible.

I've got to say that I LOVE these guys. I have 4 children and could never get their annual appointments scheduled in one visit, but with Rockdale Pediatrics they are very accommodating. In addition to this, I don't have to wait very long to be seen, at other pediatricians the wait is ridiculous (and then spread into 2 appointments). They are very thorough with my boys, they follow up with my children's issues, their billing is on point, and they are super kind. After 12 years of looking for a good pediatrician, I've finally struck gold.

Even as I try to rid myself of this place they still give me hell! The main issue I. Have is Dr jarwar doesn't listen to you as a parent. My son was constipated and I was explaining his pains and all he said on first visit was have him eat more. As if I don't feed him! Next visit my son still in pain he finally prescribes those things to place in his bottom and that didn't help so I had to take him to the hospital and there they had to break up what they described as a bad constipation. Now my family and I have moved to NC and we are needing my sons and daughters records and they want to charge
