After five years of performance as promised, I wanted to write and let you know that we are still completely satisfied with the metal roof you installed. Not only has the roof live up to high expectations, but the odd corner where the garage meets the house has not had a leak.

You not only correctly identified that it would be a problem area before you completed the original estimate, you stepped up and had your crew stick with it until the last leak was addressed.We were both impressed with that type of commitment to a project, especially when the November weather was getting ugly.
