We know that many of our clients come to us in severe or chronic pain, or perhaps in noticeable discomfort. Our clinic is designed to put you at ease from the moment you open our door. You will see that we have no commercial furniture - we prefer to work as we live, surrounded by warm wood tones, the colors of nature, and objects that intrigue and please the senses.
Your first appointment will begin with our "intake process" where you will provide the minimal amount of information needed to process your insurance claim. Next, we will take you to a private room where you and your physical therapist will discuss your symptoms, medical history, physician diagnosis and any other treatment you have received for this injury or condition.
At Pivotal, we know that our patients will only benefit from treatment if they consistently attend all appointments as scheduled. That is why we offer complimentary transportation to patients through Uber Health.
This service is offered to those patients residing in Monroe Township who cannot drive to their appointments as a result of their physical injuries, loss of vehicle, bad weather or other unanticipated circumstances that stand in the way of their treatment plan.

Highly recommend this place! I came in for back pain and feel like a whole bee person. The owner and the staff are absolutely amazing! They are super professional, very friendly, and easy to talk to. From The moment you walk in, you get greeted by the sweet receptionist, Darleen who is very kind & friendly. Than you have the two PTs- Karen & Swati who are very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to their patients. Lastly, Rush who helps me with all my exercise, truly is passionate on what he does, focused, and friendly. Great atmosphere.

Disappointing. Came into for a consultation. Was surprised to learn there was a fee to meet the therapist. When I asked how much was told they were not sure what the after insurance cost would be Also was not greeted kindly by the assistant . I said hello and was ignored. Decided not to use their services.

They provide outstanding service, and they focus greatly on improving the health of their patients. I have been coming here for 6 weeks due to an ankle injury and they have been very accommodating, friendly, and very focused on my well-being. This is an excellent place if you are looking for Physical therapy that really fixes your problems. I have tried several other PT places, Chiropractors before but none worked for me. Pivotal got me running within couple of weeks (literally). They are the best. If you want to get your life back, come here.
The place is spacious with great equipment and very clean. During COVID times they take special care to keep the place very sanitized.
Their cost is also reasonable compared to others I have been to.

Karen Elias was my Physical Therapist when I had a total hip replacement in 2016. She is absolutely the best Physical Therapist that has ever treated me. She was always prepared with a plan for each session that would help me to get stronger and more mobile without the assistance of the walker or the cane very early in my treatment and a plan that would
lead to a full recovery. She challenged and encouraged me to do more in each session in order to regain strength. Karen is compassionate and extremely passionate about her work. I recommend her highly.
