First let me say that before I chose an orthodontist I went on 4 different consultations. Dr Williams was the last one of them all, and the most impressive. He took his time with me and was not rushed. He seemed confident in his ability to get my teeth to how I wanted them. He has given me normal looking teeth and I am blown away, and I am only roughly 5 months into orthodontic treatment!
Our office welcomes many types of orthodontic insurance, and our treatment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of orthodontic benefits are available to you through your orthodontic insurance plan. Had my initial appoint with Dr. Williams today to inquire about adult braces. I had an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was clean, and I was brought back for my scheduled appointment promptly. X-rays and 3D mouth scan were done on site. Dr. Williams was so polite and professional. The consultation was thorough, we reviewed my images, X-rays and 3D scan on the monitor. All my questions were answered. I was given a complete breakdown of treatment options with absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot.

Had an initial visit for our daughter this week. First impressions of the doctor, office, and staff are awesome. Very nice and child friendly.
Office has an imaging / scanning machine which took 3D image of her whole mouth and eliminates the need for molds and impressions.
Dr. Williams came in and explained what is going on with her mouth and showed us two detailed but quick videos how he would correct these issues depending on how the rest of her teeth came in.
The next day I had a remaining question after visiting her dentist. The staff came back with an answer from Dr. Williams within an

This office is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and nice. As soon as we walked in we were greeted like they had always known us. The Dr and the entire team was so polite and sincere. My teen day who has anxiety even said everyone was so nice and was just shy. The office is clean and well maintained. We are so happy to have found this place.
