SInce then I have had the best customer service anyone could want and always am greeted with the most pleasant staff ever. They are never to busy to take care of your needs and if they don't have answer they find out and get right back with you. Jessica is the BEST OF THE BEST.

I recently took over managing my mothers insurance needs. I met with Chris Burns to get up to speed with her various policies. Chris was very patient and thorough. I've contacted him several times over the past few months and he is very responsive, always following up to make sure all concerns are addressed. When I first wrote with Jessica Wade, the agent forgot to add that I was a mother, which gave me a significant discount. after another agent was reviewing my coverages, they caught this and were able to back date all the way to the date I was written. reimbursing me for the discount I was supposed to be getting. they were very diligent and hard working. I appreciated the customer service given at that time.
