Dr. Jones is a kind and compassionate listener. He gives you his honest opinion about the care and services you need, even when it results in no work for him. He is thorough, taking pictures and X-rays, to show me exactly why he has come to his conclusion regarding my teeth. I very much appreciate his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone seeking or requiring orthodontic treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Jones from my dentist, as I was in need of fixing the retainer on my bottom teeth. Dr. Jones was very candid with the work I would need (the teeth had moved since the retainer was installed) and the timing it would take to get back my perfect smile. I'll definitely return should I need any future work done!

I went in for initial evaluation to get braces. Waiting time was normal. Scan and X-ray time was super quick. Dr.Jones consultation was elaborate, insightful and educational. ( He did passively mention about his interest in physics), so for an orthodontics that is important. He took time to answer my questions. I'm yet to decided on my braces due to the treatment duration and expenses involved.

We took our daughter here for visits over a 3 year period to determine the right timing for braces. A few weeks ago, we decided to proceed and were provided a contract and told that we would receive a substantial discount. I contacted the office to ask that the discount be reflected in the contract and did not receive a reply for a week.
Later received a note from the office and was told that the treatment coordinator that we had been working with had left the practice and left behind no notes regarding the discount that was offered. The new treatment coordinator offered 10% of the original

We had our initial visit with Dr. Jones at Perrie and Jones, and his staff made our son who suffered from teeth trauma earlier this year feel welcome and relaxed. We're visiting Chicago from Philadelphia and my daughters bottom braces popped out. I asked my smart phone for the nearest orthodontist and Dr. Perry was at the top of the list. We called they gave us an appointment right away! They fixed Brielle brace and our trip was saved! The staff and Dr. Perry were wonderful.

From beginning to end, the process has been very smooth. Prices are reasonable. Just keep in mind that Dr. Perrie does not accept insurance. However, his office will provide you w/appropriate forms so that you may request reimbursement to your insurance yourself, should your insurance cover for those services. I've had no problems in getting reimbursed.
