This review is long passed due! I had hired Attorney LeFever back in 2018 to help with a motorcycle accident in which I was injured in by being T-boned. Officer cited me for the accident without even speaking to me. Mr. LeFever and his team did a great job shedding light on the situation which ultimately overturned the citation and also pursued compensation for damages and injuries. They are a very hard working group and put your interests and concerns first! Would DEF work with them again (heaven forbid it’s needed)!

I had an exemplary experience with Bill LeFever. Professional and responsive - no automated answering services or annoying hour long holds. I communicated with their office by phone three times and two of those times, I spoke directly with Mr. LeFever himself. If you run into a traffic violation, do yourself a favor and give this office a call.

While driving through Fayetteville, NC on my way back to Virginia from Key Largo (and a diving trip), I was more than a little eager to get home. Without realizing it, I was doing 93 in a 70 mph zone; naturally this attracted the attention of a state trooper who handed me the ticket and reminded me that I could not pay online, but would have to appear in court--or hire an attorney.
I hired Mr. Ben LeFever. It was a smart decision. The Speeding was reduced to a non-moving violation of Improper Equipment. The fine tolerable. Mr. LeFever's fees, most reasonable. I don't know what legal arguments

I got a speeding ticket in NC while driving from SC to VA. Few days later i got lots of promotions mail with from law firms. One them was from LeFever Law Firm. I was not clear what to do. I could not go to court because I was in Virginia so I decided to hire attorney. I talked to LeFever agent and paid fee. After couple of weeks I received email that my speeding ticket have been dismissed. I recommend this firm to anyone who needs help from attorneys.

Amazing law firm. Mr leFever took the time and went over every document for my case. I felt like a person not a case number. His staff is amazing very helpful.
