I just wanted to let yall know that I appreciate yall taking the time to show me how all the machines work and the staff means very much to me with the time yall take to show someone all the proper ways to use the equipment, this is the first place I ever been to, thank everyone there, thanks again, Charlie Bennett I didn't know they had a rehab area, I had a replacement heel a couple of years back and maybe they can help me understand how I can get it working regularly again and if they can then at least they tried

A great blend of older and newer mid-to-high end equipment. The place has everything for bodybuilding, general fitness, cardio, and boasts a very large pool, a women's section, and steam rooms in the locker/shower areas. They have a bar, but I haven't checked out what's on the menu as far as protein shakes or smoothies (?) go.

Visited this gym recently and we were very pleased. Greater by the owner, we was given all the details on what they had to offer. Plenty of old school iron and equipment for the heavy lifters. A nice number of cardio equipment including treadmills and elliptical. Included is tanning and a indoor pool.
