Transitional Floor moldings are accessories usually used to add a smooth bridge between two floors either of the same or different height. I ordered flooring that arrived way late and it was dark. The delivery driver said you need to come look at this. We used our phone flashlight to check the 6 boxes. 2 were damaged. One on the end and one in center. This was discontinued flooring and I know how hard it is if you keep a defective shipment to call later if there was not enough to complete the project. When I got in touch with them after refusing shipment they told me I was responsible for over double the shipping cost before I was getting a refund. I am now out more than 1,000 dollars. Not acceptable. This company should have insurance

Verion floors did a fantastic job in helping us find and install beautiful flooring. Such a great customer service! He spent 2 hours with me in the store helping us to decide on the kind of flooring we need. In the following days when I was contemplating the purchase, I had numerous questions and Alex answered each and every question with utmost patience. I could not have been happier with Verion Floors. Ordering 1600 SF of flooring from an online vendor was scary, but Alex put me at ease and things went exactly as he told me they would. Verion Floors - Alex provided excellent service and recommendation on my hardwood floor project. Ordered the exact hardwood floor from the original supplier that I wanted and delivered in time. The price was much better than the quote I received from a local dealer. They also contacted the supplier who could match the perfectly matching color shoe moldings.
