I grew up inside the shop watching my father repair cars. We both share this passion. I spent many summers inside Call Car Collision getting hands on experience from projects my dad created for my brother and I to complete. I am lucky enough to do what I love. I started working in the automotive repair business at a very young age.
A Each case is different, but will keep you update daily with the progress of the repairs. A Yes you can choose the facility, your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. Do I have to accept the first offer the Insurance Company gives me when my vehicle is totaled? A No. The insurance company, at this point, takes on a role similar to a car salesman.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my Honda to Call Car Collision after getting into a fender bender. They were very professional, patient, clean, and extremely friendly. Humberto took the time to explain in detail the high quality paint they use at CCC. After they finished their body repair my car looked brand new. Humberto and his team are top notch and one of the best in the business. I would recommend CCC to anyone in the Bay Area.

I have known Claudio, Richard and Humberto since my fist dent about sixteen years ago and it was my insurance agent who sent me there!

work is unbelievable! the car was like brand new! Claudio and I worked together for four/six months about ten years ago on some added custom work and it still looks great! They also refered me to some excellent mechanics when needed. All people should be this trustworthy!!
