Terrible experience. Rude customer service. Ignored me for 3 minutes while standing there waiting to be serviced. Prices are much more expensive than everybody else. Colors were wrong on the order they did do, and they absolutely did not attempt to rectify the situation. First and last time using them!

I have never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. They put items on their website that are not available, then accept rush orders that they could not successfully complete, and then they replace items to what they see fit. Then when I call same day after pickup to request a fix to a replacement they changed on their own, they say they are going to call me back, and never do.
If you can't complete an order, don't accept it. Don't email someone numerous times going back and forth on items you initially indicate you have

Purchased from them before and didn't have any problems. My next time going with this company I paid for 5 shirts and week later I was emailed that they didn't have the colors in stock. ( Why advertise colors you don't have ) they say it's because of covid blah blah blah. I'm waiting on emails saying when the colors will be available I never get any response. A month later I reach out and ask if any update and they say I will get back to me. Later they say they haven't even looked into yet. It's been a month and a half and my order hasn't even been started. Bad business and lack of care. You take

I have been a customer with Custom Tees for the past 5+ years. Every order I place is quoted with the best prices! I live in Georgia and there are no other stores near by that have the same level of quality of printing and turnaround time as Custom Tees. I even receive my order sometimes before the requested date. Each employee is very professional and respectful, which shows that their customer service is wonderful. I was planning my family reunion in Ohio and tried to use a local screen oriented there. Oh my goodness! The other business took forever! I got nervous and looked for another company. Someone suggested Custom Tees and I'm so glad they did! I reach out and Karin told me to email the design I wanted. Within a few hours I had the design, a quote, and was able to place my order. I picked up my shirts within 5 days. That was including the weekend. I actually messed up my order and Karim was able to have another shirt ready for me the next morning before my flight. Yesterday I realized that I need printed tshirt with my husband's company logo for Monday!
Oh boy! What happened to the good ol' days when you went to the mall printed a tshirt and went home???
This days it got too fancy.. You will get the tshirt within 3-5 business days, wait, what???? 5 days??? Yes! And you need to order minimum of 12!!!
I called so many places and they all had all kind of questions and obstacles, this one can do only one color, the other one doesnt have my tshirt color (black!!!) and all day i just heard excuses. It looks like people don't want to work anymore
