In addition to design/build services, we also maintain residential and commercial properties through our innovative LandKeepingTM program. Our dedicated maintenance team will tailor our services to meet your every need and to keep your home or business looking its best. Spring and Fall Cleanup (may include edging, mulching, weeding, pruning, and leaf removal).
Grunder Landscaping Co. proudly supports organizations throughout the Dayton region who are committed to making our community a great place to live and work. We plan all community support in December for the following year. Due to the volume of inquiries and in order to be fair to all, we regret that we cannot fulfill every request.

On August 5, 2021, two Grunder employees (Gaston and Alejandro) cleared brush along the creek that runs behind our house. Both men were amiable and attentive to our desires. They listened to our description of what we wanted done and then carried out the project to a successful completion. The work was done in a professional manner, from start to finish, including a thorough clean-up. We are very satisfied!

Grunder Landscaping should be your first call if you are looking to redo your yard. I approached three different Dayton-based landscape companies and for the first round of work, chose another company. They did good work but compared to what Grunder's did in my second phase, just the prep alone assured me Grunder's was going to look better and be a better value. The Grunder's team from the person who answered the phone to the design team to the people who did the work....excellent service, high quality work and just nice people.

The whole team did an excellent job with all the work, communicating with us, and my kids thought the guys working in the back yard was the greatest thing ever. Every person was beyond respectful and courteous. My neighbor bragged about them to me every day when I got home from work, which I thought was a compliment as well. Thank you very much for all your hard work, attention to detail, and the great customer service.

Last fall we hired Grunder Landscaping to solve a drainage problem at our house. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, expert advice, and successful results that their team delivered. At every level of the Grunder organization we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their work and their high degree of customer care. It has been approximately 6 months since the work was completed and everything we were promised has worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend Grunder Landscaping.
