We have been located in Salt Lake City, UT for over 20 years now. Our family has been in the wood flooring business for over a half a century when Grandpa Tolman started it all in 1947 in Dallas, TX. We've come a long way since those days and are not only selling beautiful hardwood floors but have actually started manufacturing our very own line right here in Utah, which are sold around the world!

Seneca Hardwood Lumber Company started out in 1959 as a small mill, supplying hardwood products to regional customers. While we have since grown into a nationwide supplier of hardwood products to clients large and small, we have remained a family owned and operated business. Our primary focus today is the manufacture of fine hardwood flooring.
Morelock Wood Products is a second generation, family owned and operated company which began in 1961. A small craft producer of custom wood products nestled in scenic Central Oregon, Morelock Wood Products draws on the natural beauty of the cascade mountains and high desert to bring a unique Northwest flavor to its many products.
Founder Doug Muscanell has a long history in the wood products industry. After earning a degree in forestry from Paul Smiths College in upstate New York, he worked in every aspect of lumber milling operations, starting as a sawyer, and working into engineering equipment and plant layout for the timber industry.

Randy with The Wood Floor Warehouse was awesome to work with. He was helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with all of the information we needed to make our selection. Flooring was completed and ready in the time frame that was promised to us. We went with the hand scraped wood that turned out absolutely beautiful in our new home. The quality is remarkable and it really is the highlight of the whole house, and we expect it to last a lifetime!

Randy the owner was SO helpful. I found myself in a tight bind trying to finish a job so I could make it home to Arizona before Christmas and I was finding myself out of luck. I was referred to the Wood Floor Warehouse, and Randy and his colleague Doug jumped through hoops to sell me some wood filler. Thanks to these gentlemen, I'm going to make it home on time to see my family in Arizona for the holidays. Bless these folks. They've definitely got my business for all future wood flooring jobs. So I just wanted to post a follow up that might help some folks on the fence. I want to say without question we totally love our floors from Randy and the folks at the Wood Floor Warehouse. Our floors are now 7 years old and they look as good as the day they were installed. We have multiple pets(large dogs) cats and kids and the floors look fantastic. We are so impressed with their product durability and quality we are using WFW for our next home in Eugene, Oregon. I will post some pics for your view but they don’t really do the floors justice. We are both sold on these guys great investment

I normally don’t write reviews, but after looking for flooring for more than a month and given the cold shoulder by at least 3 other flooring stores locally I stumbled on this place. Randy was awesome and took a bunch of extra time to get me exactly what I was looking for and even offered to lend me tools to help install. His price was also far and above better than any other store I went to. Can’t thank these guys enough.
