I’ve always had positive experiences with State Farm and the Eric Noris office. It’s easy to get ahold of someone who can answer questions or provide recommendations. Quotes are competitive and get turned around quickly. As painless as insurance can get. Talk to Justin Carnahan if you want some witty banter thrown in.

State Farm will have my business for life and it’s all because of the staff at Eric Norris State Farm. Justin and Brian have helped my wife and I so much! Just plain GREAT customer service! There has been times that I called them needing help with information or changes on my policies and they are always super helpful and friendly. I currently use State Farm for auto insurance, life insurance, an auto loan, and now I am opening a renter’s insurance policy with them.

Eric Norris State Farm is an exceptional business! They are immensely easy to work with and their friendly upbeat staff always makes me feel welcomed. Any time I have an issue they work diligently to ensure that it gets taken care of in a timely manner. They don't just insure my belongings, instead go the extra mile to ensure that my family and I are adequately protected in the instance of a claim. I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone searching for insurance!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I love how they take the extra time to really make sure your insurance is what it should be, while making sure you get the best discounts! They are also open on Saturday which is really convenient! Thank you to Eric & Staff for making sure my family and I are protected!
