Since 1996, we have applied our unique strategies to bring significant value to health care providers at over 400 sites across 38 states in all areas of ambulatory care. In today's rapidly changing health care environment, we are in the forefront helping clients prepare to meet the challenge by providing managers with critical data necessary to provide efficient and high quality health care.
The founder and President of HealthMetrics, has over 20 years of health care management experience. Prior to founding HealthMetrics in 1994, Charlie was Executive Vice President of Paidos Healthcare, an innovative pediatric (neonatal) company providing home care services to fragile infants and children.
HealthMetrics has worked with state and local health departments throughout the country to improve reproductive health services with Title X family planning providers. We also have projects in most other clinical services offered by health departments. Cancer screening Optimal Performance Projects have been conducted around the country with the results presented at CDC and HHS conferences.
HealthMetrics projects fall into two broad categories Clinical Service Analysis and Management Strategies and Support. What clinical service projects have in common is linking outcomes to a documented delivery process to give managers data to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Management Strategies and Support projects focus on solving particular management problems or needs.
HealthMetrics has broad experience evaluating Adult Health Services in public and private health systems nationally. Many projects have created large databases on quality outcomes and process variation in this field. These databases provide clients with difficult to get comparative data with which to benchmark their services on multiple dimensions- cost, clinical quality, staff and patient satisfaction.
