He explained what he was doing and was straight up about potential issues with my furnace without pressuring to fix what was a bit of an unknown problem. I've been a long time customer of Degree, and I am extremely pleased with their level of service, professionalism and timeliness. We recently had to have our entire HVAC system, but in the years leading up to our recent replacement, they were extremely helpful in making sure that our old system could limp along until it absolutely needed to be replaced. This company is awesome. Their employee Toby was an expert. He came to my home and installed a Mitsubishi heat/air unit. He was courteous, on time, professional, neat, etc. I had 5 quotes on this same unit and this company was the only one to give me a quote including the credit for this rebate. I am thrilled!🙂
