This is your one stop shop for all of your commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation needs. The thing that I love about MEP is that they are able to self perform most of their trades meaning that you know what quality of work you will be getting every time they are on a job. You don't have to worry about whether the subs will be skilled or trustworthy because they use their own in house personnel. You also don't have to worry about them nickel and diming you with change orders because they honor their quotes and are upfront with you about costs and willing to work with you when unexpected
