Very Professional. But what really impressed me more than the quality installation, was the care that was given to my needs. He came in and wanted to help my nightmare installation from another installer that left my new floor buckled...basically trashed. He came to my condo numerous times while I was in another state; had to remove all my furniture; tear out the laminate carefully to reuse as much as possible; level the floor; reinstall; did the moldings correctly with craftsmanship; and replace all my furnishings and décor back into its original places, all without me being present.
