I scheduled my appointment 6 plus weeks ago. As my appointment date approached I reached out to verify my appointment only to be told it would need to be rescheduled. I received this rescheduling email the morning of my supposed appointment date (again, only after I reached out to them first). At this point I'm already disappointed in Enviro Grain for not reaching out to me about the status of my appointment. I became appalled when they used CIVID as an excuse. The following is from the email I received from Natalie Burke:

We scheduled our appointment back in March and our appointment was scheduled for today May 6th. The original email stated they would be here at 8am and we sent an email last night confirming the time. We received an email this morning stating that the owner was on the East Coast and wouldn't have anyone available to do our floors until the 18th. I'm sure they didn't just realize this morning he wouldn't make it back in time for our appointment. Would not recommend.
