I have had a hard time getting them to repair the John in the bathroom. This is the second time this week that I had to put in a maintenance request for the same problem.
They seem to be very reluctant to call a real plumber to fix the problem.
No one seems to be in the main office anymore.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We pay almost a thousand bucks a month not to have central air and to have neighbors that sit in their garage and apartment smoking all day with the door shut. The smell leaks into our apartment, and our apartment is constantly about 80 degrees on hot days in the summer because the insulation is so poor! Not to mention absolutely freezing in the winter. Our electric bill was consistently more than $200 last winter and we used it as sparingly as possible! WE CANNOT WAIT FOR OUR LEASE TO BE DONE AND GET OUT OF HERE. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.

Lived here for about 8 months. Staff is extremely nice and completely understanding. They are very helpful.
The apartments themselves are in pretty good shape, I’ve been happy with them aside from not a ton of storage if you don’t get a garage.
The maintenance staff are two really nice guys and have always responded to my calls within 15 minutes.
Overall I’d say it’s a great place to live!
