I established Pam Robinson Real Estate in 1997 with one mission in mind: to provide the citizens in Seminole and surrounding areas, in selling or buying real estate, with a work ethic and dedication to our clients second to none! Do not use this realator. We viewed two rental homes they had available. Both were infested with fleas and we were given no warning that these homes were infested. I had over a hundred fleas attach themselves to my socks and shoes resulting in countless bites and red markings. When I brought it to there attention that one of the homes had bug bombs placed throughout and they had a bad infestation then she blatantly said “well yeah, that’s what the bug bombs were for” not even apologizing for letting us into a home infested with fleas without warning. If you see any property on her website that has been put back on the market absolutely ask for an inspection report. As a listing agent she encourages over evaluation of the properties market value. After a considerable amount of time without any offers the amount will be reduced. However the seller has had his appetite whether for more monies than the market will offer. As a potential buyer one can not deal on a realistic basis with the seller based on actual market realities and their heightened expectations.
