They need better customer service. This body shop was terrible at communicating with me. Every time I wanted a status of my car or to discuss the work needing to be done I had to call them be placed on hold never got a call back when they said they would. then when they told me that the car was done we went to pick it up and it actually wasn't. Also the repairs were incomplete. They lied to me on what was actually needing to be done. We took the car somewhere else where we were told exactly what was wrong with it which was an obvious issue when unique auto just tried to beat around the bush and

Brought in a car for a sunroof issue. Not only did they address the issue, Unique was great the schedule with. I especially appreciated the way I was treated. Very professional. I used to take my auto body work elsewhere, but that place did not work on sunroofs. Based on my experience at Unique, they have earned my business going forward. With teen drivers, I am sure I will be visiting Unique soon.

Amazing service!!! Our service person was Will. He far exceeded any normal expectation. Totally above and beyond. I will never go anyway else. The work was perfect. The prices were better than 3 other quotes. They were able to re-calibrate sensors for new, computerized automobiles. A total can-do attitude. Thanks so much!!

Don’t make the same mistake I made by going here. Their customer service is horrible. Once they have been paid, you are on your own. There is overspray on my paint and windows, they put everything that was inside the vehicle outside in the rain and then put it back on my seats. The water from the rain leaked out all over the seats. After having my vehicle for 2 months, I went to pick it up and there were no license plates on my truck. They didn’t know where they were so I had to wait another weekend to get my truck.

I have had Unique service my car when I’ve been rear ended several times and also hit a deer and they have given me great quality service and repair on my car. They have been kind and friendly. Today I took a piece of plastic undercarriage protector that came off my car when I accidentally hit a dog last night. I asked if they might be able to clip it back on for me even though it was cracked. He said yes. When he came back after it was put on he said it would be not charge to me because he felt I had been through a lot after hitting the dog and wished me a nice evening. By the way the dog has

These guys are great. Very easy to work with. They got my jeep grand cherokee in the shop in a timely manner and performed the work in a timely manner. I worked with Hunter. He was great to work with. I think everyone can agree it's a given when your car gets wrecked there will be additional things you find even after the repairs are made. Hunter took care of my additional issues found without a fuss. The tech did great work as well making the jeep perfect again. Will be back

Our truck's bumper recently was damaged since moving to Utah. Unique Auto Body was highly recommended by our neighbors. We decided to get a upgraded bumper and several other aftermarket "add-ons". We met Thomas, he was great. He went well beyond the normal customers service to help us find the perfect bumper and other parts.
Being new to the state of Utah, we were a bit apprehensive, today we picked up the truck and we were extremely pleased.
We dropped of the truck the day after the parts arrived, they had the truck for 2.5 days and the cost for the labor was very fair. I recommend

My girlfriend has a side swipe on the rear driver side of her car. Insurance had us take the car here. They took almost 2 weeks to fix it. Then when we got the car back today they hadn't fixed everything and the whole interior was covered in dust. Sad that they couldn't even wipe down the inside after making a complete mess or fix the damage properly. There was good communication about what was going on but we will definitely we going elsewhere next time.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received! I would recommend this place to anyone! Took my 2019 stinger in because I slid into this guys truck. Justin was polite and was prompt with everything. He got my car done ASAP and they made sure everything worked great!

After a recent accident where someone blew a red light and swerved across 3 lanes right in front of me I was in need of car repair for the first time in my life. Unique was great to work with, more specifically Thomas was great to work with. After having 2 different shops tell me they didn't have the time to do an estimate for me I was relieved when Thomas helped me right away. He was very personable and I left my car with him with my full confidence that night. He kept me updated on the status of the repairs the whole time, checking in every couple days. It was a very busy time for Unique

They started by telling my insurance company that the bent frame was fixable, that the weld job could be 'stronger' than the original frame. (That's not funny till later) I end up having my car salvaged by the insurance after unique checked it, however, I get told by their associate that I'm lookin at about $500 for the weld repair and he explained that the insurance wouldn't want to put their name on the repair and to let him know when I was ready to do. So of course I keep the Hummer and plan on doing the repair (insurance charges you to keep your car by the way) $3200

I initially came in to get my weatherstrip replaced and instead they told me they could just seal my car door for free which solved the problem!
It was so nice of them I was planning on paying with credit card for my service so I had zero cash on me and couldn't tip the person who helped me. Told myself I'd write a good review.
I had also called two other places and their price was the best. Overall I would come here if I need car repairs in the future!

PHENOMENAL job. Seriously. I'm a 24 year old single female who knows absolutely nothing about cars so I always get worried about places like this. Like they'll add a bunch of extra fees because I have no idea what I'm talking about. But they did a beautiful job with my repairs (I got rear ended and dinged in two separate incidents). They got the estimates to my insurance company crazy quickly. The price came in under my already low deductible. They have hertz rental cars onsite so I didn't need to find someone to pick me up or drop me off. Also, they washed my car which is totally

Not only was the rental car filthy but the Unique employee who filled out the paperwork for the car also put the milage as over 1000 less miles then the car actually had on it. I called and requested to speak with a manager and requested these issues be remedied and was told no. Told I would have to handle it all thru a hertz location even though unique gave me the car. Bravo unique. Again I am impressed with your customer service skills.

Great experience. After dropping my car off they noticed additional damage than what I was quoted. While I would have understood if I had to pay more, they did not ask for any additional money. The work they did was incredible and my car was detailed when I picked it up. Fast, fair and friendly...very impressed!
