New Braunfels location - TERRIBLE SERVICE!
A year ago, we got my daughter a car from the San Antonio location and have had no issues.
A month ago, I got a Honda Civic from the New Braunfels location. During the test drive I noticed the gas hand not working and the air bag light was on. I was told by RODNEY that all it needed was a sensor reset and they would take care of it.
4 days later, I took the car back for the "reset", little did I know they would have to take and leave the car in San Antonio to be repaired.

Do not, I repeat do not do business with anyone here. I got my car 2 years ago, had to replace all four tires within the first month of having it, then had to do all kinds of maintenance work to it. The car was nice and drove good for the test drive but that's about it until I put more money into the car. I paid off my car a couple of months ago and was charged all kinds of fees and Kelly who is in charge of all of that lied to me and told me they had sent my plates when in reality she charged me extra and only sent my title paperwork.
