Spirit of Asia is presented to you by its founders, David Hill and Sue Morales. David and Sue have worked together for 15 years in the restaurant industry. Although many of our recipes have an Asian flair, Spirit of Asia's purpose is to present cuisine based on Asian principles of cooking. The "spirit" of Asian cuisine is centered upon harmony, balance, pleasing contrast, color, texture, and style.

Spirit of Asia is one of the top caterers in the Twin Cities. Their food, presentation, professional service and customer relations can top any of the local hotels or other caterers. Your choice of regular or decaffeinated coffee is available for $20.00 per gallon. Coffee service includes a coffee urn, cream, sugar, sweetener, and paper cups.

A delicious combination of ground chicken stir-fry with peppers, onions, and oyster sauce, wrapped in crisp, fresh lettuce cups. Lettuce, fresh fruit, green onion, avocado, red pepper, and clear noodles, layered and rolled in a light spring roll skin.
